Dr. M.P.Ravindra had his school education from The National High School, graduated from the National College, obtained his Masters degree from Mysore and PhD from Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore in Physics/ Applied Mathematics. Though he aspired to be a energy scientist to produce unlimited energy from fusion to the world, as destiny would have it, he switched over to Information Technology. He served at senior levels in government and private sector in different roles as an analyst, developer, architect, business development executive and mentor across several companies in India. He switched over from business to education at Infosys and didn't look back. Dr. Ravindra helped Infosys in building the “Harvard of the East” as termed by Fortune 500 magazine in 2003. He was the founding Vice-Chancellor of Manipal International University, Malaysia and later as Advisor to Manipal Global Education till 2018.

Deepta Rangarajan is co-founder of IRIS Business Services (BSE: IRIS), a global reg tech firm with clients in over 40 countries around the world, and a leader in the space of open data standards for financial reporting. Deepta has led and managed some of IRIS’ flagship products and key business lines over the past 30 years. She was part of a core team that drove IRIS’ business pivot from services to products seven years ago, and is currently sponsoring the fastest growing business line in IRIS. Prior to IRIS, Deepta worked at American Express Bank and CRISIL.

Narayan Srinivasan lives in Flower Mound, Texas, USA.. Narayan’s passion is to help organizations and individuals by focusing on ways to maximize their potential by taking a holistic viewpoint. Narayan completed his Bachelors in Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras (Chennai) in 1994. He then completed his M.S. in Engineering from the Ohio State University, Columbus, OH, USA. He started working in the Information Technology field in 1998 and has played several technical, management, and executive roles in the IT Consulting arena. Narayan has always been passionate about leadership and bringing out the best in self and others. He founded Fulfeelment, LLC in 2019 to provide IT consulting, staffing, and career coaching services. He has a penchant for writing and public speaking, loves photography and hiking.

Karthik Rao has worked for over 16 years in the software industry, predominantly in the Aerospace industry and has three Patents and hold Private Pilot’s License. He is a technologist and tech researcher with an interest to teach technology as a tool for learning science. Presently Kathik, as an entrepreneur is focusing on renewable energy delivery models. Travelling and working in multiple countries have made Karthik realize how to change approach to work and learn. Having led large teams to deliver technology solutions, Karthik has developed his own philosophy on what works and what fails.

Aditya Jeurkar studied in IIT Madras and has professionally worked in the world of finance for the last 14 years. He is interested in poetry, art and farming. His involvement with Non-violent Communication and the productivity method 'Getting Things Done' (GTD) has allowed him to meet people from many walks of life and dabble in many more things. Presently he is working with Barclays as Vice-President.

Hari Ravikumar is a writer, translator, violinist, and designer with a deep interest in Vedanta, education pedagogy design, literature, and films. He has (co-)written more than twenty books, mostly related to Indian culture and philosophy. He works in an advisory capacity with Abhinava Dance Company, Lakshminarayana Global Centre for Excellence, Pramiti, and Samvit Research Foundation. Hari graduated in Mechanical Engineering from BMS College of Engineering and worked for sometime with Infosys Technologies, Melton Foundation, USA and Ice-cream Labs, a Startup.

Kashyap N Naik is a practising advocate at Bangalore and a light classical singer. He has an abiding interest in Indian literature, history, law, culture, and philosophy.
